How to stop my mod weapons from spawning for in-game factions?

Hello I have made some mods that add new weapons and armors, for body armor the pirates seem to not get them if I add a generate commonality line, but what about stopping the pirates from having stuff such as a mod RPG that should be restricted for players?

just figured it out by looking at the core's charge lance codes, could also add a general commonality def for guns, whoops. Hope it works, thanks anyway guise
