What should we add?

Improved defenses including, turrets, trenches and guards.
Improved mining, add steel? Iron and steel pickaxe? mining site's?
Improved Growing, different crops with a different nutritive value.
Improved electricity, insulated wires (uninsulated wires as defense?) Different generators?
Improved Trading including, easier to get silver, better prices? More traders?
Improved Maps, be able to place graves everywhere, water! Some kind of forest?

Let me know in which category you would like to see some improvements! Maybe some modders pick up some idea's :)

It was a hard choice, but I went with improved maps, because while the current map is nice, it gets a little repetitive after a while. Not to mention the map is something that the player always sees.

I chose growing because always eating potatos isnt really giving you all the nutrients  you need and more grow ables would be nice

I'd really like to see this as well. Not just for colonists though, for everyone. Then you could go and loot the corpses after a battle.

Maybe you could add a winter map

But everything in that list of choices is already addressed by existing mods.

Water isn't? If it is, which mod?

Look up Fertile Plains. There's one in there that turns the border mountain into a coast.

I know about that one, but it doesn't really count. It's just decoration. I think this guy means it's actually used and implemented in game. Has a purpose instead of aesthetics.

Pretty sure the personal inventory is on the to-do list (armor at least). IIRC Tynan was considering fitting it in towards the end of Alpha 3's development.

I knew armour was planned eventually, but I didn't realise he was considering it already. Hopefully it'll make it in for Alpha 4.

I know it's small, but I would like to see a simple, but deep electricity system. I would like losses in electricity due to transmittance, and these losses can be deceased by insulating the wires. Doors would have higher resistance, so you would lose more electricity when you go through a door than through a conduit. Also technology that improves electrical efficiency, such as incandescent light bulbs and smart grid technology.
