[B18] Tutorial fails when a colonist is incapable of violence

What the circumstances were.

During the tutorial, one of the colonists was incapable of violence.

What happened.

The colonist was incapable of equipping a weapon, so the tutorial could not be progressed.

What you expected to happen.

I advised the streamer to try equipping the weapon with another colonist, but the tutorial required all three weapons to be equipped at once.

Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine.

Start the tutorial. Ensure that one colonist is incapable of violence. Progress to the point where colonists are required to equip weapons.

Savegame file

I do not have a savegame file, since I observed the incident on a Twitch stream.

Log File

I expect the log file would contain nothing relevant, since no errors should have been generated.

Helpful is allways ok.
But these version isn't out since yesterday, it is a few month.
So you allways should think you arn't the first one who notice this even when the version is out since yesterday.
You should use the search function, like when you would search for "Tutorial" at the bug subforum you will get many results with this same thing.
It is the same like on the street, look first then move or drive.
