What happens : a dog with a broken jaw and a manipulation of 0% can load 1 item.

What should happen : no more loading for this poor dog

The poor loyal dog, use his nose/head to push the item forward.
Hauling doesn't allways mean he need to carry it, it just get moved.
Sure the animation show that he carry it.

But we can discuss about why does he still can carry 1 with 0 manipulation.
