God Mode

Umm... Every time I launched a new game on RimWorld I have never gotten the god mode or any of the essential icons.

Is there like some thing wrong?

I need to active something?
or
Download something?

Those icons are intended to be used for bug finding purposes, and by default are hidden from view.
If you still want them, activate developer mode in the options menu.
