[1.0] Pre-Industrial Survivors - No Research!

When I first started playing RimWorld, I found it odd that a group of random space refugees understand advanced mechanics and engineering. "Pre-Industrial Survivors" adds a new faction called "New Survivors" in the scenario editor for players to choose to start without research.

Details:

A faction called "New Survivors" is added in the scenario editor. The faction starts with no research making the start of the game much harder. However just like "New Arrivals", the tech level is Industrial, allowing for faster research.

Compatibility:

"Pre-Industrial Survivors" should be compatible with any mod. Removing "Pre-Industrial Survivors" from any game in progress using the "New Survivors" faction will most likely make the game unplayable however.

In concept, this mod serves as an update for the A17 mod "New Arrivals Pre-Industrial Start" by Goldenpotatoes.
