Mini lag every second

Hello!
I'm having some annoying lags on rimworld every seconds it just freeze, and it get worst the more i progress.
Early game is good but when i begin to have a big colony and lot of pawns and animals it just freezing a lot and become a shore to play, and i don't really understand why it happen, i did a fresh installation of the game (unstalling the game and deleting the files in localLow and steam folder) with no success, i also do have a good pc (GTX 1070, CPU I7 3.60 GHz quad core, 16GB Ram, Win10 x64, everything updated)
I have only one red error in my logs and i have no idea where it come from "Could not resolve cross-reference to Verse.ResearchProjectDef named HeavyTurrets"

Would be awesome if somebody can explain me why it happen even if we can't solve my issue, thanks for reading!

Hi,
if you don't have any repeating errors at the log window you can't do much.
Someone reported a similar lag problem

together with RuntimeGC.
Maybe try to deactivate RuntimeGC and check if that helps.
