[bug] Stuck in tutorial, as the game doesn't allow me to chop the required wood

It is a clean fresh vainlla install.

I'm in the phase of the tutorial, where the game waits for the sandbags to be built.

The problem is:

• Sandbags were fully built, but few pieces of walls are not built, yet the tutorial mistakingly talks about the sandbags
  
• I can't finish the walls, as there is no more wood in the stockpile, but I can't order more wood to be mined as the tutorial just doesn't let me by saying "Please, wait for your colonists to finish building the sandbags"

The tutorial is not really that perfect. I mean you can bring a non-violent character and the game don't know that you brought in a pacifist and than soft-locks making you unable to get pass through the tutorial...

You can either play a new tutorial again or skip the entire tutorial. Sorry....
