Visible talents in Colony overview

Would it be possible to see in the overview of all colonist their talents?
prehaps strong talen the box i yellow, weak talent box i blue (any colors)

The skills colonists are good at get already highlighted in the overview
The borders are slightly brighter there and get golden rim when they're *really* good at them

Anyhow! I could suggest using the EdB interface mod! it lets you see the colonists passion for certain jobs aswell in the overview
and does lot of the ui things a while lot more conveniently =P
