[Solved] Game will not load with mods

I believe this issue has been posted before but I was unable to find any answers or solutions while looking through the forums. So the situation: My game seems to run fine as vanilla although it seems to have a struggle starting up even without mods. It will pop up as a status bar in the upper left corner-ish until clicked on and then hang for a moment before coming to the main menu. Clicking on the mods button also causes the game to hang for a moment as well as closing it (this is all with no mods activated). I have found that two of the EdB mods will work although with a much extended hang time upon loading. All other mods I have tried result in a seemingly perminate hang where windows thinks the program has crashed. I have tried with many different mods, all singled by themselves, and nothing seems to work except for EdB Interface and EdB Prepare Carefully. Id really like to be able to use Clutter and Project Armory to extend my gaming experience, so if theres anything I can do to make this happen, please do tell.

I have tried using different game directories for installation, deleting the C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld\Config, running as administrator, closing ALL background programs, and ending every possible running service. I am running on Windows 7 64, i5 3.6ghz cpu, geforce gtx 970, 12gb ram.

* If the above has not worked for you, try uninstalling Hamachi (as reccomended by minami), this resolved all issues for me.

On a side note: This is a great game, worth every penny as is, and im looking forward to seeing future development.

All of those things happen to everyone, however yours seems to be taking longer. How powerful is your pc?

Glad to know its not just me. As far as my PC, I havent had an issue running any game on ultra. As stated above I am running on Windows 7 64, i5 3.6ghz cpu, geforce gtx 970, 12gb ram, and everything is running off a SSD. Iv tried letting it sit to see if it would load up to 20 mins, and thats just with Clutter or just with Project Army mod enabled by themselves. No luck getting anything to run besides the two EdB mods.

I thnk you are encountering the hamachi program bug, if you have hamachi installed. If you can, uninstall the program, restart ur pc and see if that fixed it.
