I still want sheep. Cattle (which I am assuming Muffalo represent) were in reality a "high status" livestock, kept for prestige rather than any resource you could get for it. Sheep and goats were the animals raised for milk, meat, hide and hair.
At least, before industrialized agriculture. Maybe tribals could have sheep, and outlanders could have Muffalo?
