I notice that there's a check to prevent adding more than three traits per pawn.
Oh, yeah, sure, I can do that easily... give me a minute...

Thanks for this it's great that someone updated it, I see that a share of people have already downloaded it but no posts here, that's a bit sad.

When I change injuries, the person's second backstory also changes.

I had an issue trying to load your tool with my save: http://pastebin.ca/3767221
The modlist is part of the game-dump linked at the bottom, but the error message says I don't have any characters. Could be related to the Psychology mod perhaps?Quote from: arkatufus on February 02, 2017, 02:39:47 PM
OK, that's good to hear.

Unfortunately, no. I didn't actually realize the backgrounds had been randomly altered until later in my game, at which point I had already overwritten the save file.
EDIT: Okay, so I edited my save again. I went through and changed the backgrounds to what they were before. Upon loading the save, everything seems to have worked properly? Here's crossing my fingers.

I used the editor to cure 4 of my colonists of the plague. After editing those colonists and saving, all of my colonists had their backgrounds changed when I loaded up that modified save.

I can confirm that while using the .5.4.2 version of the editor, my colonists are being assigned random backgrounds after editing them.

It's not working for me, the game doesn't load the map.
Is there any correct manner to install or any other thing before using the Save Manager?
It's still the same as the previous tool, you need to have .Net Framework 4.5 installed and copy the executable to your game folder.
Does the editor itself work and reported that it saves the game properly? Which mods do you have installed with the game?
If all else fails, you can send me your save game file and I'll try to debug the problem.
the debug log pops up showing a lot of errors, and now the game is correctly loading the map, but the colonists are getting randomic jobs each time i load.
