I don't know about you, but here's what I did:

I like the damage/fire rate, but I'd like the weapons to fire in bursts rather than dump their entire clip into a target that has been dead for a couple of seconds.
EDIT Just saw the update, and was literally doing the same thing to my own files.

I really look forward to seeing this mod take off also add potato turrets that uses potatoes from a hopper
If I do this it defiantly needs to fire in a continuous, rapid fire stream of 1 damage potatoes. Also, if I change the damage type from "<damageType>Bullet</damageType>" to "<damageType>Melee</damageType>" will it have a higher chance of knocking someone out?

Three words: potato powered generator
I'll work on that. I'm thinking a bunch of potatoes linked together with wires and some sort of Tesla type thingy in the middle. Maybe if I feel really adventurous, I'll make it need to consume potatoes to produce power.

Version 2 now up! now you can have evil red potato lamps, but you need to find and kill, and butcher some people. They now cost silver to be a little bit worse than normal lights

Hey Kilroy, I'm thinking about releasing a weapon pack I'm making. Could I use your awesome sniper rifle sound?

I won't tell you that you cannot use that particular sound but before you do that check out a few of these from the sights I looked at. If you still like the one I used the best then be my guest :)

Yes what is industrial Rim never heard from it I don't think, i have ever have been hearing let alone talking to who created it :P

The research I'm thinking about adding some some sort of genetically altered super potato battery or something along those lines. Possibly something about human sacrifice to increase the power of potatoes also... mwahaha

This adds simple potato powered lights for in your cave or wherever you need them. As a bonus, these little potato batteries also produce a whopping 1 power!
I am currently working on a better texture
why work on a better texture? i already like it the way it is... really, it sticks to the Rimworld art style and i like it!
I'm just making it look like there are some wires stuck into the potato. I'm also going to increase price and build time, and decrease hp. I might also add a research topic for it.

I've finished a tiny mod that adds one new item, but I can't seem to compress it smaller tan 300 kb. What compression programs do other modders use?
Edit: all together, the files in the mod are less than 300 kb, why is it higher than that?

Edit: I fixed it just after I posted this, so just ignore it.

Built in battery lights / Bio-chemical lights -

With this I was thinking that when I'm mining, I don't want to have to wheel out a whole load of wire to then power a single light, so why not build a light with say a 20WD power supply from the get go and costs 25-35 Metal?
I think I have something here: Potato Power!
I'm already working n it, and when it is done, I'll post it over on the mods page
