No More Idle

Basically, if someone doesn't have ANY work to do they should default to a joy activity--horseshoes, chess, TV, ANYTHING-- Or resting.

I agree, though Id still like an idle count so i know if ive got people looking for work to do.  But them boosting sleep or joy while idle would a nice touch.

but what do they do then if they don't need to sleep? or need joy? Then they wander around aimlessly Idle.

talking to the one who needs joy most...you could have some semi useless colonists doing nothing but cheering people up. this could be an awesome idea

^ sounds good! A bit like the resident kindly wise old man going around giving people advice about their problems.
Priest, healer, philosopher etc.

I'd like this! It would be a nice touch to the story side of things.
