Alternative to right clicking?

Is there any key combo which can work as an alternative to right clicking? I can right click. But I often play in bed because I can play very quietly with the trackpad and not disturb my wife. The right-click on my trackpad has got a real pop to it, though. I'd love to be able to shift+click or ctrl+click or shift+ctrl+click or alt+click or pretty much anything you want to throw at me.

might be doable depending on your laptop tecnology... see if the lower right corner of the trackpad acts as right click when pressed down for a second
also try to tap with 2 fingers, this does right click on some laptops

and the windows function for right click is shift+f10 maybe that works for you, tho i don't think ingame.

Crap, I got it confused with the middle mouse button. Someone please palm your face for me, because I dun goofed.

Hmm.. Maybe a key macro program would work? Something like AutoHotkey if you are on Windows. Just tell it to right click if you press a certain key not used by the game.
