Need a reminder of a mod I used to use in a10

There was a mod that I want to get back if available, last used it in alpha 10..

It changed the whole game, research trees, different items, different flooring, included craftable bionics and loads more.. is this still available?

was probably a pack, not an individual mod. The only individual mod that did something similar was back in A7 (TechTreeMinami) but that one was not available for A10. It was probably HCSK (Skyharkangels pack still very much alive) or the Ultimate Overhaul pack (so ded, so so ded).
