Game totally broken after mod issue

soooooooo... i downloaded a bunch of mods. Restarted the game and got a million error logs. I closed it without thinking. Restarted the game and got more errors. restarted the games again. Finally no more errors. When I go to my mods list, now I can't drag to reorder, and the text that says 'drag to reorder' is gone. Help?

the errors started off with a bunch of accented characters, and on the first startup i got a dialogue with a bunch of accented characters, with two gibberish options with, you guessed it, accented characters.

Hi,
to play with mod's is like to play with fire. It can be helpful to cook but you can get burned too.
In your case you have burned yourself.
When you can't drag the mod's anymore, you prolly installed a mod that prevent this.
I suggest Modswitch, with this mod you can manage your modlist a bit better, and you can adjust your modlist  depend on a safegame.

With Modswitch you should reset your modlist back to the safegame you had before.
Then don't activate all mod's at once, do it in step's.
Then you can see if a mod cause errors and you can remove it, and ask at the mod discussion about it before you start to use it.

When you caracters/pawn's are gibberish  or accented  it is prolly a mod that do that, find this mod and don't use it.

I figured out that it was an error with HugsLib. Now I figured out how to drag to reorder too. However, everytime I change the mod list, the game restarts and then the mod list reverts. I wish i could provide a screenshot but the file is too big, even when I compress it.

That the game restart after you change the mod list is normal.
But not that the change don't get safed.
And i don't think Hugslib cause this error itself, it should be another mod.

If you don't get it working, you realy should delelte the modconfig.xml and maybe just delete the whole config folder.
And rebuild your modlist.
