Dev mode

I remembered i played A18 and i memeber there was an option to enable dev mode. So, In 1.0 version i tried to activate it at controls screen but nothing happen. I want to know if dev mode is still usable. Or if i´m doing something wrong

When the developer mode is on, you will see the small icon on top.
Beside that, did you notice the switch just above you enable the dev. mode ?
When you activate that once, look at the config folder for a file that you need to delete.
