Need Help With RimFactory MOD!

Apparently when I click any building from the RimFactory mod the tools don't appear, examples: Import data disk, deconstruct, uninstall, reinstall...
DOES SOMEONE HAVE A SOLUTION I'll drop my mod list:

These mods aren't loaded in this order HugsLib and JecsTools are at the top I'm pretty sure its because of the allowtool but I need confirmation

Hi,
since you have hugslib installed a logfile made through hugslib would maybe helpful.
Press CTRL-F12 ingame, or the green button "Share logs" at the ingame log window.

You should at last try if Rimfactory basicly works.
Deactivate all mods beside hugslib and the PRF ones, create a test colony (use the quickstart option of hugslib, Shift-click on the top right icon's).
Build with Dev tools nessesary structures and power, and test it out.
If that don't work, you maybe got a wrong version.

When it is working correct, it is maybe a conflict with some other mods.
Safe the test colony, activate a few mods, and check if the structures still work.

I didn't have the latest version of PRF, the newer versions fixed that error.
