Bottom UI Disappears on loading (And other issues)

Hey folks, I'm having a bit of an issue with my modded game and the issues have gotten beyond my meager skillset - I got no idea what's going on.

On loading a game the bottom UI is gone and it spits out an avalanche of red errors. Loading a previous autosave has the same effect, though oddly if I move the cursor to a small area in the top right underneath the learning tab the bottom UI will reappear until I move the cursor again.
I have no red errors on startup, and if I start a new game it functions perfectly, minus some serious, major lag spikes whenever I go to manually save the game.

As for what mods could be causing the issue, I have 145 of them (Yes, yes I know, but they're theoretically in the right order, or least I thought they were) so it's anyone's guess. I have some of the common big ones (Psychology, Prepare Carefully, Children and Pregnancy, Vanilla Expanded stuff etc) and a bunch of QOL stuff.

I can provide a full modlist on request, as well as my output_log file (Though that appears not to have been modified since the middle of last year when I was running an entirely different mod set, so I'm not sure how useful it will be) and anything else that might be helpful.

Google has failed to help, so do any of y'all have a clue where the problem might be?

yeah the output_log.txt don't exist anymore since the 1.1.
It is now the player.log at the same area the safegames are. But when you play with mods, you prolly use hugslib too, then you got the green "Share logs" button which is much more comfortable way to share modlist and logfile.

But before you post it you should ask yourself, did i start a new colony while is still have error's at the log window when Rimworld startup ?
Of couse there allways can be mod conflicts or error's which appear only later at the gameplay, which are prolly the reason why the UI doesn't get drawn anymore because an repeating error prevent it.

Genuinely no errors at startup - the box doesn't even pop up.

At least i can't help, there are so many different error's.
Start with some roof things from expanded roofing, at last they arn't repeating.

Then the repeating things about many different plants and growing followed by animals.
Maybe someone else got some idea's.

Meanwhile i suggest to start a new colony, and when similar problems appear again during gameplay, you should change some mods. But i honestly don't can tell you which ones.

That's the thing; when I start a new colony there are no issues in gameplay. It's only when I try to load into a save that these errors appear.

I will have a look at expanded roofing though and see if disabling it or moving it around has any effect.

Edit: Moving and disabling expanded roofing did not solve or change the issue.

I did however discover that if I hover the cursor over a large area of unexplored mountain, the bottom right UI reappears. The pause/unpause/speed buttons are functional, however all other buttons do nothing. Tool tips generated from hovering over elements remain even when the mouse is moved away, or other tool tips are generated.

Sadly I am too dumb to determine what, if any, use this has in determining where I went wrong.

A brief glance looks like the expanded roofing mod failed to load part of the savegame correctly? Possibly because the MoveBase error broke something.  But once there was no roof (and no sky) everything broke.  Badly.

Try removing MoveBase first, and if that doesn't help...you may have a corrupted save.
