General help!

Hi everyone,

i'm new a this game and i'm already fan!
I have some basics questions, so i'm sorry if topics already exists.

I wanted to improve the hygiene of my settlers and i built a bathroom.
I tried to connect my bathroom with pipes to the electric pump  and/or the wind turbine pump without success. No water is coming form the pump and i don't know why.

And the second issue is regarding prisoners.
I installed the mod which allows prisoners to work for the colony.
I have some prisoners in my base but impossible to tell them to work. I well created the dedicated zone for prisoners to work but i can't tell them to work.

These are questions you should probably ask on the individual mod pages, as neither of them refer to vanilla game behaviors.

So no one here knows what mods (specifically...there are many mods that do similar things in vastly different ways, so for anyone to help you, they'd need to know EXACTLY which mod(s) you're using) you're using or referring to.

Additionally, in the general forums, there is no guarantee the people reading this even use those mods.  I'd suggest finding the thread relating to each of those mods in the mods subfolder here on Ludeon, or heading to the mod page on steam and posting there.

You need wells or deep wells, so the pump's get water.

I verified and i'm not on wells or deep wells :-(
And the worst thing about it is that i don't even have wells or water source in my map...
In this case, how can i have water ?
Is there some other thing i need to build to provide me water, from the rain for instance?
Is it possible to take water from another adjacent zone?

When you try to place a well you should an water overlay or when you click at the blue water icon top right.
You sure you have no light or darker blue areas ?
Since this mod should be safe to add to existing safe, it should have some water.

If there is realy no water, you should ask at the dev at the mod topic about it, and don't forget to attach the logfile to you ask there. If you use hugslib, try the green Share logs button at the log window.

Since you don't have water, maybe you could buy water from traders and merchants?

Or you could move or create a second colony with a new caravan where there is water like say a lake or an ocean...

Buying water from trader to take a bath ? :-)
Any map should have some water sources, even when there are no river or pond's on the map. Lately with the use of Deep Well you are geting water.
When there isn't any water at all, there is a problem with the mod or incompatible with some other mod.

Sorry i thought this was the No Water No Life Mod thing...

Unless i'm completely blind...
