Need help : When your base is near another AI base, does it affect raids/caravan

So, if you land on a spot and the map says there is an enemy base nearby, will it increase the chance of getting raids?

Same with friendly bases, will it increase chances of visitors appearing?

Oh, that sucks.
I hope that they will add, or some modder will make travelling possible.
