I want to see not only surgical and kitchen utensils needed but also to be cleaned regularly and properly depending on what it had been used for if it needs to be disinfected or nust washed.

Limdood

seriously....even the sims doesn't bother with those details

astronoth

Oh whiny internet ussr you cant even figure out that this isnt in the sims, i feel so bad for you.

Limdood

wow, thanks for the personal attack...

i believe your idea is stupid.  It's over-the-top nitpicky and completely unnecessary.

Sounds like an idea for HCSK, they have cutlery and whatnot already and I wouldn't be surprised if ethanol distillation was a thing either.

Ykara

There isn't even water in this game yet and you want to disinfect food? ^^

You guys are missing the point it is a suggestion and sanitary conditions already implemented it would seem bio hazards to me could almost become a more skilled cleaning job.  So if you can all quit harking on it like i did you mom, thatd be great if you still want to nit pick yourselves in your replies i offer the following advice,

Shut up.

Bro... Quit being so defensive.  Its constructive criticism. Nobody was saying "fuck off and die"  or anything,  just pointing your idea might have issues.  Its not personal,  don't make it personal, going the "your mum"  route only further makes you look bad.

Thing is,  cleaning is already stupidly fast (a good thing,  really)  so adding in a cleaning buff would only be marginally effective at best,  and a waste of resources at worst.
Why to people worry about following their heart? Its lodged in your chest, you won't accidentally leave it behind.

Its bad because reasons, and if you don't know the reasons, you are horrible. You cannot ask what the reasons are or else you doubt it. But the reasons are irrefutable. Logic.

We have sterile tiles for the medical areas, and as long as someone is "clean"ing them, you can count them as being disinfected.

A Friend

Sounds like extra micromanagement that won't really add much for the game. I think it's more suited for mods.

Cleaning may be fast but if you have a lot of jobs pending it can be wicked slow for the colonst to actually *get* to the task.
