Crash at Main Menu

I wanted to Play after some Month but the Game is Crashing 1-2Seconds after i enter the Main Menu.
I did the Following:

• Removed all Mods
• Deinstalled the Game via Steam
• Removed "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld"
• Deleted "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios"
• Updated Drivers
• Rebooted
• Re-Installed the Game

But still crashing.

My Setup:
Windows 10 X64 with latest Updates.


Log File from RimWorldWin64_Data Folder Attached, i am not getting an CrashDump.

As long as i have the Steam Overlay open, the Game is not crashing but when i close it after 1-2Seconds the Game Crashes.

Any Ideas?

EDIT: I Disabled Scaling at NVIDIA Control Panel for all Monitors and Disabled Windows Font Scaling as well

Hi,
the logfile don't show any crash.
But i notice you got a hugh virtual desktop, 2x 4k monitors i think.
Since you can run with active overlay, enter the option and try window mode.

When i try to run it with the Window Mode Parameter like this:
RimWorldWin64.exe -window-mode

The Game Crashes instantly, but this time with Crash Dump.

Problem still Exists with new Version.
But now crashing before entering the Main Menu some seconds after the Loading Screen Appears with three dots in it.
Changing the Language from German to English lets the Game again Crash after entering the Main Menu.
Still no Dump and no Exceptions at the LogFile.

I uninstalled Riva Statistics Tuner and everything works fine.
Seems to be a Problem with it, maybe look into it.
