And it stacks with the "impressive hospital" thought that he's also getting.

There's no table inside the hospital, and he was fed a meal while lying in bed.

Not realy a bug.
If you put some poker and billiard table into the hospital you can get a bonus from recreation room too.
Basicly you can have all possible into one room.

That's why I always create one-only-big-room colony which is used as dormitory, dining room, recreation room and workshop. I advise you to use pillars to create it if you want to avoid roof collapse.

Question: Do you have an impressive dining room that is not the hospital? Maybe he's getting the bonus from that.

I do think that - assuming the above is not the case - that this is a bug. It's one thing if there's a table in there but if there isn't, it shouldn't be a dining room.

Foolcow, in which language do you play ? If it is not in English, it could be a wrong translation of the "impressive hospital" translation.

And do you have the "impressive hospital" mood boost ?

Pawns currently can get the dining room buff whenever they eat something in any room. This is working as intended, so no bug here.
We may rename the thought in the future tho.
