Hello, My elder fellow can't able to use specials is it glitch? Fluffy's mod manager Don't warn me about this mod all look good. Cooldown doesn't matter it is alredy two quadrums

You know elder things got latest update on oct.27 not very promising for a functional mod.
But i don't think you will get any help here for this special case.
You should visit jecrell's discord channel and ask the devs there.
