at first could you provide a non-steam download ?
You can keep it as workshop only mod which is fine, but then you don't need to do a forum topic.

You wrote "here's a mod that places two candles (one is lit)" does that mean, you mod base on that mod ?
Then you forget to add that mod as requirements at the about.xml and at the workshop.
