Can someone please help me understand an error?

I am using Rimworld 1.2.2733. I updated Combat Extended mod and it says in the mod listing that the versions match, but there is a red flag that says "Depends on invalid package ID which is not loaded". I have searched and searched but I cannot seem to really understand what I need to do to fix this? Any help would be awesome, thank you!

Combat Extended from N7huntsman only need Harmony loaded before.
Which are working fine (1.2.2723).
When you take a look at the About.xml you see

So you are maybe using a different CE version from a fork or something got corrupt. Maybe just delete the old mod folder and reinstall it.
