Critical alerts spamming over and over instead of just once

Hello. I'm playing RimWorld on 1.3.3102 with mods and both DLCs (Ideology and Royalty) installed. I am playing in dev/god mode to build a colony for 32 colonists.

I kept the game paused since it began, built a full colony, and unpaused it when I was done. Once colonists started having major (or worse) mental breaks or getting knocked down, the critical alerts would spam several times a second rather than just once, creating an annoying notification noise that I can't stop, even when the game is paused. https://imgur.com/a/8lkhAmW

Critical Alert, user didn't read "How to report a bug" before posting ! ! !

- Only use mod that are made for your rimworld version.
- Read mod description for a suggested loadorder (special Rocketman).
- don't start a colony when you got error's after a mod activation /Rimworld start.
