Thanks for the reminder of this bug, however for the future, do not repost already reported bugs. The resolution of this one is 'working as intended'. Before, when caravans allowed pawns to eat insect jelly, people were upset the jelly they had in their caravans was being eaten, since they wanted to carry it to other places to trade. This is a 'one way or the other' decision, and the decision was to disallow so it can be used as a commodity.

Thanks for the bug report, could you give me a few more details though? This happened when a transport pod crash event happened? Was the pawn hostile or neutral? I've tried to reproduce this by spamming transport pod crashes with no luck, but want to make sure I'm doing the right steps. If you have a save where this occurred that would be great.

Thanks for the bug report. I tried this in the current unstable 1.4.3510 with no mods and this bug did not occur, the development points increased when gifting charity. If you have this bug again in a no mod run in 1.4 please file a new report!

Thanks for the bug report, I was able to reproduce this on your provided save. It seems something to have to do with only needing one chemfuel rather than more than one. I will get a bug report in to the devs!
