Changelog not updating?

For the past 3 days no progress has been made on the changelog and it says nothing for the 6th, 7th and 8th is it just blank or is it just me

    Wiped pine needles off the floor

    Today's advent calendar yielded Bell shaped chocolate
    Gifts now have wrapping shape derived from the object inside
    Wiped pine needles off the floor
   

Dec 6

    Changed plans for christmas, won't buy plastic tree this year.
    Started buying gifts.

could be three things, or more
1) glorious alpha build for the test team time. (remember, he has to make the glorious update video)
2) as said, glorious weekend off for Ty.
3) glorious horrible bug that takes way to much thinking power to fix.

whatever it is, it will likely be glorious.
i'm still guessing weekend off, but hoping for the first. this update is sounding amazing.

Can't remember exactly where, but somewhere I think I read that Ty typically doesn't update the Changelog on weekends (Fri-Sun).

A lot of people are just anxious waiting for the new alpha because it looks so fun to play. its guaranteed to happen with such a good game. (also its why Ty doesn't announce dates he can't deliver, look at what happens every time SQUAD releases an update for Kerbal Space Program, things go crazy over there.

Some friendly advice. OP, 5 out of the 11 posts youve made youve pushed for updates, have some patience the next alpha is on its way.

aye, if OP was so anxious about playing alpha 8. he/she should've just applied in the public testers call thread that tynan made awhile ago and help us test it out before public release.   

it's a good way to take a quick sneak peak since, lots of people applied and got accepted, but not everyone actually posted any bug reports. (speculation : i'm guessing most of them are just curious about what's up. lol. nothin' wrong with that i guess..)

anyways, i think the next alpha is almost out. (lots of new fun stuff in alpha 8 ) so just hang tight guys..

Or they either didn't encounter a bug / the bug was already reported/solved. Not guilty until proven! ;P

But yeah: It feels like the calm before the storm... I sense many sleepless nights incoming for us players and that pretty soon!

nein! i'm not accusing anyone anything lol. i'm just saying if people desperately wanted a quick peek, then apply to join the public testers.. (it's easier than to just complain about it..) 

more people to find/report a bug/imbalance, the faster the public release gets. (no one will blame them if they don't find/report any bugs/imbalance anyways)

but if they do find/report any bugs/imbalance, this would help tynan a lot so he can squish the bugs faster.. it's a win/win.

Sometimes I don't update the changelog until late in the day. Like, after I've done the work :p
