Maybe they arnt enemy factions?  That would be my first guess.  Whats with all the beds?

I like to have my high level builders build beds and chairs in bulk so I can get excellent and legendary quality in a short time frame. Everything inferior to that I just deconstruct and try again. Gives lots of construction XP and awesome furniture.

Just a suggestion, use Quality builder mod. Then they get auto. marked for deconst. if they didn't meet the seletected quality.
