Meat can be eaten raw in the winter without getting sick in real life, prisoners used to do it when escaping prisons in Russia.  I think that if there are two prisoners that you have and you dont feed them, they should attempt to kill and eat one another.  Survival of the fittest would be interesting.
yes

I support the idea.. Just because I can see prisoners beat and eat each other. God what have this game turned me into?..

GOODBYE INDIVIDUAL CELLS!!!

I love this idea!  I still think that enough human meat eaten should give someone the cannibal trait.  Everyone captured gets tossed in the pit, with a butchers table, or should corpses be directly edible?  Maybe have degrees of 'eaten' so they can get a few meals out of them.  Make the pit a storage zone for corpses as well so they all get delivered there.

litlbear

should be directly eaten, i honestly think this should be in the game, it's minor but would be great fun, see who really is the strongest of the prisoners

I love the mindset of gamers. Given a new feature to help keep our people alive and make the game more realistic, the first thing we think of is a way to kill people with it

If two humans tried to kill eachother, and the victor tried to eat the defeated, the victor would likely die. There are very few parts of the human body that are actually edible without poisoning yourself.

Oh trust me, you can eat a human if you're hungry.
yes

StorymasterQ

Oh yes, but can you survive it?
I like how this game can result in quotes that would be quite unnerving when said in public, out of context. - Myself

Eating people isnt inherently unhealthy per say.  It just carries a lot of risk.  Kidney and liver organs filter toxins so they are full of them.  The brain has prions and can cause a type of human 'mad cow' sometimes.  Muscle is pretty much fair game and that includes the heart.  The biggest problem is the potential spread of disease if you do it a lot.  Since many tribes died out because of this, its generally considered unhealthy.  But so is eating pork raw and humans are a lot like pigs with regards to physiology.  The moral really is to cook it like pork and you should be fine...ish.
