Mods / [helpmepls] HeadTypes

I want to edit the xml file in the core to add new face types (Not a simple replacement of those that are already there, but the addition of new ones average1,2,3,4...) from different mods. But I do not know if this file is in defs and how it is called. Is it possible to do this in a simple way? I found the BodyTypes.xml file, where there are such lines

I switched to a new version, which should not be lagged, but now some mod conflicts with someone can say what kind of mod? :'(
This error occurred when I tried to generate a planet.

i download this mod https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=26852.0 and requirements, patch for EPOE, but i can't use comms console, if i delete "factions", no problems. But if i delete 3 files in "factions"(in defs) i can't communicate for this race, she don't have on a world map, he's don't arrive trade caravan and raid. The only thing I can summon them through the debug menu, but they automatically become my colonists. Anybody can update(old 9a, 15a mods) or create new, stun/taser turret(maybe tesla coil), range or melee shock weapon? Maybe this be poison(sleepy) weapon, darts and air gun? Maybe turret use a sound how weapon. Psyho attack :\
