Granted, you can now punch someone in the face through a TV, everybody can (Do you have a webcam? just curious).

Bonus: wish that could have been granted: "You can now punch somebody through a TV, however it only work with TV, so you have to carry a TV up to the person you want to punch until it's at arm length and find a way to lift it with one hand (no bonus strength, your punch crossing TV is all supernatural) also the TV kind of block your sight unless you happen to punch someone who is being filmed on mass media, on a TV that happen to be on.
To spare you multiple experiment: it only work with smartphone and portable computer if you are watching videos coming from a one-way source recognized as television.
No need to tell you that punching through those TV totally waste them.

I wish I could step into any fictional universe as if they were real and in anyway I want, without risking deaths while always being able to come back where (and when) I come from, any time I want.

Granted, you now can enter any fictional universe in any way you want to without killing anyone and be able to go back to reality in the original spot in space and time you were in when you left. You continuously do this until at one point you can't figure out if you are in reality or in a fantasy. You are later sent to a mental hospital in a fictional story to be "corrected". Meanwhile the real world moves on and you never come back...

I wish I could have a nice moderate challenge when corrupting like what I did in this post.

Wish granted, you can have a nice moderate challenge, but as you wished, only when corrupting a wish EXACTLY like you did in your post. So you need to find a wish to corrupt that allow you to corrupt it the very same way, Only then will feel it was a "nice and moderate challenge".

Wish granted you get you good friend and when you decide too end it all turns out he is a really horrible shot. He ends up shooting you 43 times in painful areas (kneecaps, your groin, ect) before then police finally come and put a stop to it. They then rush you to the hospital where after a brilliant use of medical technology they are able to keep you from dying but you are completely paralysed but still able to feel pain. There is no hope for you in life and your good friend is now in jail for attempt to help you commit suicide. All you want in this world is for someone to pull the plug, to end your constant that you were in but your unable move your mouth. Your family members have either long forgotten about you or are trying to help you love even longer. You die 67 years latter suffering.

Granted, you now know the current news in the US, as in whatever anybody in the USA consider a "news" over the very last 5 minutes. However most of it are raw data that are meaningless without proper context, and proper interpretation from reputable sources of information. For example you simultaneously learned the news that "Trump said something was making a deal with Russia at some indistinct point in time" and that "Trump said he never made a deal with Russia about 'this nondescript things he was talking 5 minutes ago' ".
Those news are also drown in 200 millions others "news", like Betty Cooker getting news of his grand son's cat "catter" being ran over by a car.

I become a terminator version of you but because I have no shame I walk around naked, like in the opening scenes of Terminator. But since I am a version of you I have a very small d@#$ ( I am not sure how strict they are here about stuff like that) and no muscles at all.
People end up filming me thinking its you and millions of people see the online video. I also, being a terminator, I murder people which they also think is you and because of our broken legal system you get the chair for it. My string of murders still continue however despite this.

you become good at role playing but to do so you make a pact with our lord randy random and therefore he requires to sacrifice something important to you for every day of your life if a day goes by without said sacrifice then your tong and your arms rot away from gangrene and you will never be able to role play again.

Granted, your life is now full of never ending misery, dissatisfaction and pain. However to prevent you from getting used and dulled by this, your life is also filled with bright spot that give you the (doomed) belief that, maybe today, it will end. Just before crushing your hope in new ways.
Also, any people around you who try to help you or bring you joy in any way, tend to suffer horribly from your wish. Obviously, a lot of misunderstanding happen around you and many people belief you are somehow doing all this on purpose.

Wish granted but these limbs have been calibrated to only exert large amount of force. You try and hug your mom she is not getting up, try to shake someone's hand, they are probably not going too except your business deal, try to masturbate well let's just say it didn't go very well.
----------------------I wish Fallout 4 was a high quality, affordable, true RPG with good writing and an a original plot that was true to the franchise, and gameplay that was still good, instead of the simplistic game Bethesda gave to us.

Granted, Fallout 4 was everything you hoped.... it was... then a tons of patches simplified the game little by little to "make it more accessible" and you can't just stay on the original release because you would lose all the patch-only DLC and HD improvement while the mods are only made compatible with the latest version.

I protest ! My TESLA would be driving with it's incredibly sophisticated collusion avoidance! Also, that's bad corruption when you have to create situation well outside of the original wording.
