Maby one-day kind of had to stop modding rim world and move on to other paying gigs, feel free to play around with the code but this does need a fair bit of work to update due to the c# scripts probably being outdated as well as the xml

Hey as the maker of the original weed mod (last update alpha 10), I can confirm they did add some drugs (one of the reasons I stopped but mostly because I went off to develop and work on other projects). If you wish I can provide the old alpha 10 files if someone wish to update them (simple XML so you should be able to learn quickly) any other questions feel free to ask.

The thing is all of this is great ideas but in the end you would need to change alot of c# code to make any of this work since curently water is treated as inpassible

you can just edit it so that the severity no longer ticks up that should fix it

so the effect is like an illness aka the flue if treated it progresses slower you could go and change that in the xml files so that when treated he wont get sicker at all

it depends one kick is percentage based on the effects so if he has the worst type there is no saving him however if it is the second mostly deadly version i believe if you get him straight to a med facility and treat him constantly he might live the other option is to make a drug that counters the effects code wise

V0.12 Diets and Meat Plants
Had a talk with the dragons about there incredible hunger and they decided to eat less so not to be a pain to the colony, Also a new plant has appeared in the rim hopefully helping with the management of carnivorous animals. Big update on the way with cool breath weapons for each dragon type and many other exciting features.

Hey my animals where not eating it so i had a look and it was classified as a meat in the thing tab but to creatures it still had no designation so add this to the resource and then all the creatures will eat it

okay so this is why it cost so much - Tyann has to live and not have a second job or do freelance work he also has to buy assets and stuff now yes there are big gaps between alphas but they could be much bigger if he had to manage a side job and no team. now in comparison other game company's are bigger and factor in ways to make money other ways. Also on the surface rim world appears to be a simple game like realy how hard could it be but underneath there is a lot of work gone into making every thing the best it can be, each alpha more nice systems are implemented. Now another reason Tyann can make it $30 is its not just about playing the game if you wanted a full game buy it at the end or in beta, but in alpha you are in for the development and to watch it grow that is why i think $30 is fine. Also 500+ hours are you not happy like most major game company s only factor in 80 hours of game play.
