At first
Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering
Rah's Bionics and Surgery Expansion
are basicly the same. Rah's Bionic is a bit expensiver with the crafting cost.
So you just should use one of them.

Beside that i don't see any reason you just could activate all of them together.
And i recommend Modswitch

Thank you very much friend, what was causing problems was the Alien Race Framework and Rsh`s bionic and surgery expansion.
