Mods / Visitors bring Extra world pawns?

Started a new game and everything was working fine, traders came and left, no problems. First time being Raided the game paused like normal, but when I unpaused, it stopped working. The notification froze mid fall, heard a sound, fell a bit more, another stop working, til it landed, but game stopped working all together. Left it for several minutes, it would unpause then stop again.

Edit: I think it might be due to Giddy up? Maybe? People were passing through, I think riding on animals, game worked fine when paused but stopped when I unpaused, and then was fine again when paused.

Edit Again: I think I have fixed it. I went into Giddy up, and sorted through the list of things people could mount, changing a lot over to not mountable due to size.

Edit Another one!: I was wrong. Seems to be from Call of Cthulhu factions stuff.

Edit maybe final!: Fixing Mod load order, wish me luck!

Edit!: Nope, I was wrong.

Any help or hints would be appreciated, please.

The Idea:

Rebuild!

Basically, as it says. If you don't like the Quality of an Item, you click it and select 'Rebuild' and they will break it down, then rebuild it. Basically saving you a click or two, just something like that. Doesn't have to be anything Fancy, should work with any other Mod.

Mods / World Map Icons

I'm not sure how to word this; but here goes!

Right now the world map icons are the same for most factions, just different colors. Can we maybe get a slight modification to show 'Hey, This is my Place!' Like, a star or banner or something? Like a Star in the tent icon for tribal and such?

Idea for a Mod:

Sacred Thrumbo Weapons!

They are big, have good fur, and a nice horn! Plus, lots of food!

But the Horn itself isn't that useful. A mere 15 damage! D: So, why not refine it? Make a sword, saber, cutlass, katana, some sort of blade! Heck, even a spear would be good!

Edit: To clarify, I mean destroy. Not just place it into a dumping pile.

General Discussion / Problems with Research + Mods?

So, I have installed a few mods; I enjoy them etc. And they expand research nicely, but we do run into problems with it. So I was just wondering, what could be possible fixes? I mean it seems fine, except the scroll goes side to side and not up or down? Maybe full window it like when we click on 'World' tab, and we can use the middle mouse click to drag in all directions?

I remember there was this mod, Meat plant mod or something; It was 'grow meat' for your pets or something. But I can't seem to find it, any help?

Mods / [Mod Request] Specific Materials

Okay, Kinda basic idea:

We can currently choose quality, and health of an item. But we need a mod to choose which materials as well.

Say I have a gold or plasteel need? But can't find any to mine, while sitting on a pile of gold things. So...

Let me specific specifically which materials to get from gear; say I want gold, only gold items will be broken down and materials collected. That sorta thing.

Mods / Mod Request - Pet Stuff

Basically, I lost my Wargs... because I didn't know they were starving. x.x

So maybe, can we get a mod that gives us an Alert when our Pets are starving... And maybe a 'Food bowl' and 'Food Trough'?

The 'Food Bowl' being for the Meat Eating Pets.
The 'Food Trough' being for Herbivore pets.

And have it to whoever is assigned as 'Handler' fills those when they get empty. :/

Edit: Also, maybe an option for 'Hand Feeding' for like, having your Handler selected then right clicking a Pet and it will let you feed it by hand, for emergencies!

Mods / Unlockable Research via items from Factions

Okay, so not so simple idea; Basically, raids come, you defeat the raiders and they leave behind a 'plan, research schematic' something like that. Then you 'deploy' this item somewhere, somewhere your researcher can 'study' it, and that unlocks a new thing of research, be it craft able item, better work stations, or just faction themed gear.

So... Ice sheets. Seems people are enjoying the challenge... but ya know what... We need Yetis and Mammoths for 'em! Rampaging Yeti get broken, attack any living thing in sight. Mammoths try to raid your food stores! Ya know, stuff like that. Or I'unno, why not Wendigo? As an affliction for those who eat long pig (cannibals); basically the person begins craving Human(Or Norbal) flesh, and maybe go on a rampage killing whoever they can, from within your base! Or maybe, just you hear a long, lonely wail or cry for help(Would be a cool/creepy thing with Darkness installed) And your people suddenly have a new action 'Checking the sound', and the Wendigo will be waiting outside your base somewhere, not to far, but not close either, far enough to lure your people into the cold before attacking. And they either kill outright, or take the person (Alive or Dead).

So, quick question. The notes said that the enemies now remember my defense placement, right? Does that mean... any enemy who visits me, immediately know my defensive placements? Guns, traps, etc; those sort of things? The entire faction learns my defensive placements no matter what? Even if no one is left alive from that faction?

So.. I was thinking, just for fun... Someone could make a 'Rimworld Fan Video' to the music of Figure - Cut Throat; where a Group of Colonist has to deal with some shitty Raiders, and basically has the music playing while they decimate them!

So, My colonist lost a foot, so I installed a new 'Leg'.. bit over kill, isn't it? So, is there a way to or a mod to; only install hands or feet? (Doesn't care about fingers or toes) Also, what about 'Skin graphs' like, Make some Bionic skin or false skin; or take a dead body, graft some skin from it and use that to fix scars?

So, we have slots that allow us to put on gear, but can we add to those slots? Like say... Maybe craft a bionic arm, that has an ability already. And when we do surgery, that body part gives us an ability like if we had a sniper rifle? But, instead of like 'Fire with your arm' instead its more like 'Use Sniper shot, +10 Accuracy' and etc, that maybe has a cool down like if you are firing the gun normally? Like, its slower, but gives enhanced aim? And for brawlers, maybe a 'Mighty Hit' Or 'Knockout Blow' something along those lines? Even for say, someone who uses a SMG or Gatling, maybe a skill to narrow down the spray'n'pray?

So, has anyone made a mod like this? Which is basically, since we have 'tribesmen' who use bows and pila, could we eventually get like a faction of knight lookin' people? Like, rollin' up in mideval looking steel armor with like sniper lances and defense energy shields?

So, I was playing a while ago, and I was attacked by Raiders, no big deal, they were setting up for a siege, getting out their mortars and I was ready to roll with two snipers and a brawler; plan was to fish and get them to attack... Then the Fire Nation attacked! No, really; they set up Incendiary Mortars and I could barely leave my base. At the time, I had/have about 10 people, and every 2 shots out of 3 were hitting right onto my farm lands, generators, solar panels, or actually inside my base.

This confused the heck out of me, because I was pretty sure mortars aren't that accurate, since before than, I had someone with shooting 14, manning one to shoot at my first Ancient alien ship; but these guys, even with skills of 1 and 3, were able to not only hit into my base, but when I finally gave in, and ran my 3 units out to them, were following them as they ran into position with the mortar shots. Like, if Jimmy " Bob " Duncan was just a bit slower, he'd have been burnt by one of those scary shots!

So, honestly does the AI just get cheat-y after the second or third year and get ridiculously good with mortars even if their skills are shite?
